ASH’s Diploma in Culinary Arts is a one-year Cruise Culinary specialization program with THSC- NSDC Commi Chef certification (NSQF Level 4/5), that blends academic learning with 90% hands-on practical exposure, preparing students for a successful career in cruise and hospitality industry. Designed for flexibility, students can gain real-world experience while mastering essential culinary techniques by working part time in a 5 star hotel kitchen or in fine dining restaurant.
The curriculum covers Intensive practical training in Global Gastronomy from fundamentals to intermediate and till advanced level, Safety Hygiene and Sanitation, Communication skills and Personality development. With a forward-thinking approach, ASH ensures students are job-ready and prepared to excel in the dynamic cruising world of culinary arts. The program includes a minimum of 6 months of internship in world class fine dining kitchens.
- Duration: 12 months
- Entry Criteria: A pass in class 10 th / 12 th ; 16 years - 26 years
- Intake: New batch starts every three months.
