Certification in Food and Beverage Service
The food & beverage service is an accelerated program meant for those who wish to start their career as waiter/waitresses, hostess in fine dining restaurants, specialized themed restaurants in star hotels and in QSR’s.
The curriculum includes fundamentals of food and beverage service, Safety Hygiene Sanitation, Communication skills and Personality Development. Designed for flexibility, students can gain real-world experience while mastering essential service techniques by working part time in a 5 star hotel kitchen or in fine dining restaurant or outdoor caterers. The course includes 3 months of industrial exposure training.
- Duration: 6 months
- Entry Criteria: A pass in class 10 th / 12 th ; 16 years - no upper age limit ; Good spoken English & Pleasing personality
- Intake: New batch starts every three months.
