Asan memorial institute of hotel and catering management Chennai was established in 1986. We take the pride in saying that this institute was the first of its kind in India that offers quality oriented and professional courses. We provide organisational relevant skills and practices for the students to have an experience of the hospitality industry. We assure that the students are provided placements in well reputed multinational organisations.

Our Asan school of Hospitality is a state-of-the-art construction, which is built in such a way that of a hotel which par with the industrial requirements.

The Lobby / Front Office desk of ASH always has its doors open to the professional and industry related personnel. Students will be trained and groomed according to the hotel standards.

We train the students as per the requirements of the Hotel major departments such as Front office, Food Production, Food and Beverage Service  and Housekeeping.

Students are given standard operating procedures with the help of the top well known hotels in the city. Where we ensure that we inculcate those habits as a day to day practice. So that the students are trained and lead surrounding competitors.

Along with the training we also have modern technology and systems that are available for the students to use at their disposal to learn.

We have in our campus five-star standard Restaurant, Kitchen, front desk and Accommodation which is carefully and ideally planned and designed in such a way where the students have a good hands on training in the college itself along with their IET that is part of their syllabus.

Asan Memorial Association

Asan Memorial Association was founded in the year 1965 by an eminent group of industrialists, educationists, film personalities and social workers from Kerala, who were devoted and highly dedicated to the noble cause of education. The Founder Secretary, Shri. A. K. Gopalan, continues to be the guiding spirit and driving force behind the Asan Group of Educational Institutions.
