Our Bachelor of Hotel & Catering Management is a 3-year undergraduate program that provides knowledge on how hotels are run, hotel management, hotel administration, and skills to attend to the customer. The course is spread over 6 semesters, with final 2 semesters based on the candidate’s chosen stream of study and 2 internships for industry exposure.
About the Department
Built around a collaborative approach, our department is a storehouse of knowledge on Kitchen, Reception, Restaurant, Housekeeping, Personnel, Administration, Banquet, and Marketing functions of the Hotel Industry.
A model hotel graces the campus and trains students to take on real-time roles while offering them guidance and support through powerful academic and industrial connections in the country.
