Programme Eligibility for Admission
B.Sc Hotel and Catering Management A pass in the Higher Secondary Examination (XII) with (Academic or Vocational) of the Govt. of Tamil Nadu or the equivalent boards recognized by the University of Madras.
Diploma in Culinary Arts A pass in class 10th / 12th - 16 years - 26 years
Diploma in Bakery A pass in class 10 th / 12 th - 16 years - no upper age limit
Certification in Food and Beverage Service A pass in class 10 th / 12 th - 16 years - no upper age limit ; Good spoken English & Pleasing personality
Cruise Culinary Upgradation Program A Diploma/Degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts; Age not more than 27 years; Good spoken English & Pleasing personality
