The curriculum includes Global gastronomy, Safety Hygiene and Sanitation, Interview skills and Personality Development. A pass with 75% is mandatory for cruise job placements assistance.
- Duration: 3 months
- Entry Criteria: A Diploma/Degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts; Age not more than 27 years; Good spoken English & Pleasing personality
- Intake: New batch starts every six months.
