Diploma in Bakery
An intensive job oriented skills program in Bakery & Confectionery specializing in European Pastry with THSC – NSDC Pastry Chef certification (NSQF Level 4/5), the course includes 6 months of internship in a star hotel or well-known bakeries. The curriculum covers fundamentals to a professional level in Bakery & Confectionery, Safety Hygiene & Sanitation, Communication skills and Personality Development.
A winning combination of soft skills and practical knowledge equips students with requisite skills to make it in the swirling world of bakery and pastry – as part of a large corporation, in a boutique enterprise or a venture of their own.
- Duration: 12 months
- Entry Criteria: A pass in class 10 th / 12 th ; 16 years - no upper age limit
- Intake: New batch starts every three months.
