Cake Mixing Ceremony

The cake mixing ceremony involves mixing dry fruits, nuts and spices with rum or wine, creating a sweet and flavorful base for Christmas cakes. The BSC Hotel and Catering Management students of Asan School of Hospitality celebrated the cake mixing ceremony on 19/12/2024 as the beginning of the Christmas Eve.

The department of hotel and catering management has organised a lecture on ” Pathway to success in hospitality ” By Ms Manisha., Marketing head., from Career 4 u on 13th August 2024 in Asan school of Hospitality. The lecture was about the various career opportunities available for the Hotel Management students overseas.

Christmas – Cake Mixing Ceremony

The department had cake mixing ceremony a part of Christmas eve on 22/12/23 were the season of the yuletide. It means Christmas goodies. Of all the goodies, Christmas Cake is most sought after.
